Tactile Technologies appoints Alison Johnston as Managing Director

It is with great pleasure that I can announce that Alison Johnston has been promoted to the position of Managing Director of Tactile Technologies.

We have known Alison for many years and we're extremely happy to have her join us as Operations Executive earlier this year. Pretty much immediately she started to deliver on expectations and add value on many levels of the organisation. Though already a healthy business, Alison has further strengthened and structured Tactile Technologies. Supported by Alison we have grown our reseller base, grown our own team with another 10 people, improved our BEE rating and deployed a new and rewarding HR policy. Our support capabilities have increased and we have doubled the productivity of our workshops nationwide.

Most importantly Alison's vision on service delivery is completely in line with Tactile's. Tactile takes care of its customers, from the first contact to way after delivery of goods or fulfilment of the project, we stand by their side and ensure all is going to plan. We live up to our commitment every single day and even if we can't satisfy all of our customers all the time, we do achieve a very high customer satisfaction rate. Alison shares this vision and our customers are reaping the benefits. That is all I as founder and group director can ask for.

We congratulate Alison on an excellent performance this year and wish her all the best in her new position. I look forward to have her lead the team into the new decade.
