COVID 19 Update - Tactile Technologies

Dear clients

With regards Cyril Ramaphosa’s state of the nation address on the 23^rd of March calling for a national shutdown from Midnight on Thursday 26^th of March 2020 up until midnight Thursday 16^th of April 2020.

During the lockdown period, Tactile Technologies will not shut down completely.  Our sales team, product managers, technical support team, procurement team, finance and all management will be available to you in the following ways:

• Telephonically – landlines have been diverted to cell phones
• Email
• Skype messaging
• WhatsApp messaging
• Microsoft Teams
• Online Zoom

We want to make use of the 21 days that are available to all of us and we are ready to assist you with any order or service delivery that you will require from the 17^th of April 2020 onwards, so that we do not experience any further delays once the Lockdown is lifted at midnight on Thursday the 16^th of April 2020.

We will be scheduling online product and technology update sessions.  If you wish to receive more details and/or attend yourself or with team members, please do let us know.
